Salary: $100,200–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and UA teams to support mobile portfolio growth.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and audience strategy for all campaigns.
• Manage the development of marketing assets in partnership with internal and external creative teams.
• Identify and master key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and business goal success.
• Conduct competitive marketing analyses to inform strategic planning and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience marketing mobile free-to-play titles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business drivers to marketing strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced market dynamics and new technologies.

• Passionate about gaming and sports.
• Familiarity with hirify.global IPs such as NBA or WWE.
• Experience working directly with developers and licensors.
