Focus on translating complex SaaS architectures into engaging digital learning experiences and building a robust library of technical validation documents.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA, USA) - Onsite expectations 3x/week (Tues - Thurs)

Salary: $110,000 - $142,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and build technical eLearning certifications for Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel Sales teams.
• Develop interactive modules, simulations, and knowledge checks focused on complex integrations and platform configuration.
• Lead the creation of technical validation documents, reference architectures, deployment guides, and demo scripts.
• Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams using AGILE methodologies to align curriculum with business needs.
• Develop scalable digital training solutions using advanced authoring tools and multimedia assets.
• Design robust assessments to measure learner performance and implement iterative improvements based on data.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience designing eLearning and digital training for technical sales audiences.
• Direct experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Professional Services role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end pre-sales cycle, including discovery and POC execution.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to articulate complex SaaS platform architectures and competitive technical differentiators.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Boston, MA office 3x per week.
