What you will do
- Design and develop scalable customer education content including modules, walkthroughs, and hands-on labs.
- Deliver live webinars, workshops, and instructor-led training sessions for customers.
- Travel for onsite training, industry events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify training gaps.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve content development and learning workflows.
- Build and maintain demo environments within a no-code platform.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2–5 years of experience in customer education, technical training, or product enablement.
- Experience with CLM platforms or legal technology.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for leading customer training sessions.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business use cases.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Experience building customer education programs from the ground up.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles.
