What you will do

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences including eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical and sales concepts into interactive training content.
  • Build visually compelling courses using Articulate Rise and the Articulate 360 suite.
  • Script, produce, and edit microlearning videos to reinforce product knowledge and operational processes.
  • Apply instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM to ensure measurable learning outcomes.
  • Analyze engagement data and metrics to continuously optimize content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, or enablement within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Articulate Rise and the Articulate 360 suite.
  • Proven ability to produce microlearning videos, including scripting and light editing.
  • Experience managing content within modern LMS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
