What you will do

• Design and develop instructor-led training and supporting job aids for new IT system implementations.
• Translate complex technical content into clear, visual, and practical learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and Action Mapping to address performance gaps.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical SMEs to validate design solutions and business impact.
• Manage the full project lifecycle independently from intake to final delivery.
• Iterate on learning solutions based on pilot results and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in instructional design and technical facilitation.
• Proven track record of applying instructional design frameworks to drive design decisions.
• Strong visual design capability for presentations, job aids, and digital assets.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information into engaging scenarios and use cases.
• Exceptional ability to own work from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical, process-heavy environments like IT, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Experience developing robust eLearning or blended learning solutions.
• Strong project management skills including timeline and dependency tracking.
