What you will do

• Design instructor-led training, blended learning solutions, job aids, performance guides, and digital assets for enterprise IT system implementations.
• Translate complex technical and process-heavy content into clear, practical learning experiences using visual design and data visualization principles.
• Apply instructional design methods such as ADDIE, Action Mapping, and Mayer’s Principles to address performance gaps and improve on-the-job application.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts to define priorities and validate learning solutions.
• Own projects from initial intake through final delivery while managing multiple changing deliverables and deadlines.
• Iterate on learning solutions using stakeholder feedback, pilot results, and evolving business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in instructional design, content creation, and technical facilitation.
• Experience applying instructional design frameworks and learning science to design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills for presentations, job aids, and digital learning assets.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and process information into scenarios, stories, and real-world use cases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing concurrent deadlines.
• Work is associated with Rahway, New Jersey, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT systems, large-scale operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Experience developing robust eLearning or blended learning solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline management and dependency tracking.
