TL;DR

Senior Director, Talent Acquisition (GTM & G&A): Driving the strategy for attracting and hiring top talent across GTM and G&A functions in the Americas with an accent on scalable recruiting programs and executive partnerships. Focus on optimizing TA performance, workforce capacity planning, and integrating AI-driven automation into the hiring process.

Location: Hybrid or Remote (Must be based in the US; remote roles require frequent travel to San Jose or Raleigh Durham). If within 50 miles of an office, minimum 3 days per week onsite is required.

Salary: $225,600 – $450,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior GTM and G&A leaders to translate business needs into scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters across the Americas.
  • Drive structured, insight-driven recruiting processes focused on quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Own TA performance reporting and shape workforce capacity and location planning using market insights.
  • Partner with global COEs to optimize tools and drive the adoption of AI, automation, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with global TA, People teams, and Finance to align plans and influence initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years in a people leadership role.
  • Proven track record leading GTM and G&A recruiting teams in high-growth, global environments.
  • Experience delivering against ambitious hiring goals and using workforce data for strategy.
  • Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, automation, and structured hiring best practices.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
