Senior Director, GTM and G&A; Talent Acquisition - Americas

Location: Remote or hybrid across the Americas; remote employees must travel frequently to San Jose or Raleigh-Durham. Employees within 50 miles of a hirify.global office must work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: USD $225,600–$450,000 annually, plus potential sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise senior GTM and G&A leaders and translate business needs into scalable recruiting strategies.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing recruiter team across the Americas.
• Drive structured, insight-driven recruiting processes focused on quality, speed, and consistency.
• Own Talent Acquisition performance reporting for Americas GTM and G&A functions.
• Shape workforce capacity and location planning using data and market insights.
• Partner with global centers of excellence, People teams, and Finance to optimize tools and advance AI, automation, analytics, and hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years in a people leadership role.
• Experience leading GTM and G&A recruiting teams in high-growth, global environments.
• Proven success delivering against ambitious hiring goals.
• Ability to use workforce data and insights for strategy and decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of modern recruiting tools, automation, and structured hiring practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, credibility, influence, and accountability-building skills.
