What you will do
- Partner with regional and district leaders to identify and recruit qualified insurance and financial services agents.
- Execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, and other recruiting platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and appointment.
- Maintain high activity levels, generating 25+ qualified candidate conversations and advancing 7–8 candidates to interviews weekly.
- Track pipeline metrics and analyze sourcing effectiveness to identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with recruiting leadership and HR to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (implied by US-specific legal and tax requirements).
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience utilizing Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
