What you will do

• Partner with regional and district leaders to identify and recruit qualified insurance and financial services agents.
• Execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, and other recruiting platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and appointment.
• Maintain high activity levels, generating 25+ qualified candidate conversations and advancing 7–8 candidates to interviews weekly.
• Track pipeline metrics and analyze sourcing effectiveness to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership and HR to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (implied by US-specific legal and tax requirements).
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience utilizing Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
