What you will do

  • Develop deep expertise in the heavy industry and metallurgy markets to build actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Create verticalized sales materials and pitch decks tailored to the formal, traditional business culture of the sector.
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships with regional and national industry associations (e.g., UIMMs).
  • Generate a qualified lead pipeline through targeted field marketing initiatives and geographic clusters.
  • Raise brand presence and establish thought leadership through industry events and strategic collaborations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, field marketing, or B2B sales development within industrial sectors.
  • Full working proficiency in French.
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience creating and executing localized marketing campaigns in regional markets.
  • Ability to navigate traditional, formal business environments, including family-owned businesses.
  • Strong networking and pitching skills with operational decision-makers and regional business leaders.
