What you will do
- Partner with Enterprise customers as a trusted advisor to streamline content creation and maximize platform value.
- Independently own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- Proactively drive customer outcomes, spotting risks and ensuring long-term momentum.
- Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and automations to scale the wider Customer Success function.
Requirements
- French fluency (professional level) is a strict requirement.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Proven experience managing complex Enterprise customers and navigating multiple stakeholder layers.
- Commercial acumen with experience in driving renewals and account expansions.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving scaleup environment.
- Mindset for building scalable solutions, such as CS Ops tooling or digital customer journeys.
