What you will do

• Review and validate electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Define and document standardized wiring processes and validation protocols for switchgear configurations.
• Lead the development of electrical validation procedures and implement test setups for prototypes.
• Train technicians and assemblers on wiring techniques, safety protocols, and drawing interpretation.
• Collaborate with design, operations, and quality teams to improve product performance and reduce errors.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design, manufacturing, or testing of switchgear or electrical enclosures.
• Proficiency with CAD tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as UL, IEC, and IEEE.
