TL;DR

Location: On-site in Raleigh, NC. Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

What you will do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair on support equipment and machines, coordinating necessary downtime with supervisors.
- Execute technical calibrations using basic measuring equipment.
- Manage equipment installation, start-up, and shut-down following LOTO and OSHA safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Engineering to identify and implement reliability improvements.
- Design and fabricate parts to enhance machine performance.
- Design and execute experiments to determine the root causes of build failures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (vocational/technical degree in industrial maintenance or electrical technology preferred).
- 1+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, including experience with motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.
- Must meet ITAR eligibility: U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status.

- Prior experience with CNC machines.
