What you will do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Automated Credit, Rewards, and Credit Card Hub applications.
• Monitor production systems to maintain stability, performance, and availability.
• Analyze and resolve failed mainframe jobs and production incidents through root cause analysis.
• Partner with Production Control teams to restart, recover, and validate failed processes.
• Respond to business user inquiries and application support requests in a timely manner.
• Manage incident records, problem tickets, and knowledge articles using JIRA and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Mainframe Production Support experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise with JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA7, IDCAMS, and Mainview.
• Experience using Dynatrace for monitoring and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with incident management tools including ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for high-volume, production-critical environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chandler, AZ or Des Moines, IA.
