What you will do

• Lead technical solution implementation for complex mainframe modernization projects.
• Contribute to design deliverables and assist in the deployment of company products.
• Create proof of concept and proof of value technology analyses.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical requirements to stakeholders.
• Conduct technical presentations and training for customers and peer groups.
• Coordinate with project managers to determine resource requirements and scope impacts.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant technical experience in complex IT project implementations.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep technical skills in at least two of: IBM Enterprise COBOL/PLI, CICS, IMS, JCL, or relational databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to facilitate defect resolution and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with mainframe application modernization and re-platforming.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS or Azure Solution Architect.
• Proficiency in an additional EU language.
