What you will do

• Analyze complex IT infrastructure issues and provide timely, scalable solutions.
• Lead long-range strategic planning and operational execution for enterprise IT environments.

• Manage project schedules and technical risks using WBS and precision planning techniques.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
• Business-level Japanese proficiency required
• Extensive experience in mainframe system construction or operations (approx. 5+ years)
• Deep expertise in z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS, or MQ technologies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud hosting architecture
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive engineering solutions across cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms
• Proven track record in software development or DevOps engineering
• Advanced certifications in cloud hyperscaler technologies
