What you will do

• Configure and maintain CICS system software across hundreds of production, test, and QA regions.
• Customize and support IBM and ISV software products, including CPSM and Omegamon.
• Provide 24/7 problem determination support by analyzing traces, dumps, and logs.
• Collaborate with technical teams and application developers to resolve system issues promptly.
• Apply performance management techniques to optimize system resources and response times.
• Manage incidents and changes in accordance with data center standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting CICS environments in the insurance or mutual fund industry.
• Extensive experience within the securities industry.
• Strong analytical skills for real-time problem determination and performance analysis.
• Expertise in performance management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for technical guidance and team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Assembler programming.
• Proficiency in Rexx programming.
