Salary: $85,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of programs to amplify the impact of pregnancy clinics nationwide.
• Design and deliver diverse learning solutions, including workshops, seminars, online courses, and written materials.
• Oversee the Center for Excellence programs to ensure consistent methodologies and operational success.
• Develop strategic community partnerships to maximize impact and awareness of the pro-life movement.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and present progress reports to executive management.
• Mentor and coach clinic leaders to foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability.

Requirements

• Must be a sold-out Believer in Jesus Christ and adhere to the Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development/Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record in building and scaling successful training programs in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design principles.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
• Ability to travel and work from the facility in Whitestown, IN.

• Certifications in training and development, instructional design, or adult learning principles.
