What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain asynchronous e-learning experiences within 360Learning, ensuring alignment with leadership frameworks.
- Translate complex business needs and leadership concepts into engaging, learner-centered digital solutions.
- Manage the full asynchronous learning lifecycle, including needs analysis, course design, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy.
- Provide operational support for training administration, including learner enrollment, reporting, and LMS maintenance.
- Integrate race equity and reproductive justice values into all learning designs and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or HR.
- Hands-on experience building content within a Learning Management System (360Learning preferred).
- Working knowledge of instructional design methodology (e.g., ADDIE) and Adult Learning principles.
- Proficiency with visual design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY or Washington, DC.
