Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $177,984 - $240,803 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the Wealth Management product group, overseeing the build, run, and optimization of core platforms and data foundations.
  • Set the technology strategy and engineering culture, defining standards for DevOps and observability.
  • Partner with product management to align technology vision with strategic business outcomes.
  • Manage and develop engineering managers and talent, overseeing recruiting and professional growth frameworks.
  • Own vendor relationships and define criteria for selecting the right platforms and technologies.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to solve complex strategic problems and implement large-scale projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in management/supervisory roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and developing high-performing teams for next-generation platforms.
  • Experience in information delivery, including BI, analytic reporting, KPIs, and enterprise data services.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree.
  • Financial Services industry experience, specifically in wealth management.
  • Experience with wealth management platforms (portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial data sources and aggregation capabilities.
