What you will do

• Manage monthly calculation, tracking, and analysis of sales commissions.
• Conduct monthly plan to actual spend variance reviews to identify key drivers and insights.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Automate analytical dashboards and custom reports by leveraging AI tools.
• Develop data connectors to automate transfers between different financial systems.
• Design AI-assisted workflows for revenue, cost, and headcount analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fremont, CA (Hybrid).
• Work or internship experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Solid comprehension of basic accounting concepts and financial statement relationships.
• High proficiency in Excel, including building complex financial models.
• Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
