What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales teams ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage recurring compensation review cycles, validating data integrity and ensuring accurate payouts.
• Coordinate with external compensation consultants to maintain system configuration and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for compensation-related inquiries, troubleshooting discrepancies and supporting leadership analysis.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables for external partners to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (remote, case by case basis)
• 1-4 years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, or related analytical roles.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with ability to build complex models and manage data.
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive compensation data.
• Interest in understanding the product and customer problems.
