What you will do

• Coordinate annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecast processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis and strategic business cases.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering leaders to support pricing and margin improvement.
• Develop and maintain enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and ERP system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A exposure.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gainesville, FL.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for decision-makers.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Background in manufacturing, healthcare, or the medical device industry.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity or complex organization.
