What you will do

  • Lead the implementation and operational launch of Texas school district therapy contracts to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, implementation trackers, and readiness dashboards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Clinical Operations, Recruiting, HR, IT, and Finance.
  • Manage onboarding and maintain detailed records of district contacts, service models, and clearance processes.
  • Partner with Clinical leadership to monitor therapist capacity and ensure adequate coverage across districts.
  • Collaborate with Finance to establish billing processes, invoice requirements, and revenue cycle management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, or healthcare operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
  • Must be based in Houston, TX, USA.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience working with school districts, special education programs (IEPs, ARD), or pediatric healthcare.
  • Knowledge of speech, occupational, or physical therapy operations.
  • Experience supporting credentialing, compliance, and provider onboarding processes.
