Enterprise Business Development Representative (Manufacturing)

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (Base), OTE $80,000/year.

What you will do

• Execute strategic outbound motions to find, educate, and nurture buyer personas within target accounts.
• Conduct high-volume prospecting (averaging ~80 calls/day) using phone, email, and social channels.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to drive the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate and align messaging and strategy for target accounts.
• Maintain and update the CRM to ensure lead and account data remains current and accurate.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
• 2+ years of experience in account-based motions and 1+ years utilizing ABM.
• 2+ years of experience working with dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Availability to work 8-5 Eastern Time.
