Location: Operating across all 50 US states, D.C., and Puerto Rico

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00

What you will do

• Verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with loan originators to obtain missing documentation.
• Review loans for compliance with mortgage regulations like RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B.
• Order and verify third-party services such as property surveys, flood certificates, title commitments.
• Manage pipeline reports and assist in loan set-up, closing, secondary marketing, and servicing.
• Clear outstanding suspense items for loans.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years residential mortgage experience.
• Experience with RESPA regulations.
• Encompass experience.
• Experience with mortgage and consumer lending regulations (Reg. Z, Reg. B), preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows.
