What you will do

• Manage the store team and hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals.
• Drive sales by providing training and leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store presentation, including cleaning, stocking, organizing, and merchandising tasks.
• Handle daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, returns, store credit, and special orders.
• Maintain and share in-depth product knowledge with both team members and customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales management, product sales, or customer service, ideally in specialty retail.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or teaching a team.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter mentality focused on delivering a personalized retail experience.
• Must be based in Richmond, VA

• Motorcycle riding experience, knowledge, or interest.
