What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and coach employees through regular feedback and meaningful performance reviews.
• Manage daily business operations by monitoring inventory and forecasts to ensure SLA requirements are met or exceeded.
• Foster a work environment where employees feel highly valued and engaged.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions and team huddles to maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party vendors to strengthen operational relationships.
• Serve as a change-agent in implementing process and organizational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Must be based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment is required.
