What you will do

• Support the CLO in executive reviews by tracking action items, codifying decisions, and managing priorities.
• Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and materials for critical executive meetings.
• Convert ambiguous topics into crisp decision points, tradeoffs, and clear recommendations.
• Drive execution and accountability by tracking commitments and unblocking cross-functional owners.
• Draft executive communications, including speeches, Q&A, presentations, and emails on behalf of the CLO.
• Assist the Office of the CLO with strategic initiatives such as annual planning and KPI setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, or similar fields.
• Prior experience at a major global management consulting firm.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an intense, fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California for hybrid work.
