What you will do

• Manage project implementation for enterprise accounts and strategic partners with 20+ licenses.
• Lead requirements gathering for business and technical needs using guided frameworks.
• Design call flows, including IVR skeletons, variables, and API integration frameworks.
• Coordinate all project tasks across functional areas and manage stakeholder communications.
• Perform thorough IVR testing and provide post-implementation support for up to 30 days.
• Onboard new partners and document process changes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects for internal and external initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be based in Canada.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (typically less than 10%).
• Working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
