Senior Technical Project Manager (Game Services)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; onsite four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

Salary: CAD 91,510–180,562 annual base pay, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple technical projects with limited guidance across scope, schedules, budgets, quality, stakeholders, and risks.
• Partner with game development studios, internal teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain team roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and deliverables while managing dependencies and competing priorities.
• Build customer relationships and represent project teams in high-level technical conversations.
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency through automation, tooling, and delivery best practices.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, programs, or product initiatives in game development, online services, or software environments.
• Experience delivering complex technical initiatives with game studios, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, delivery management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, timelines, ambiguity, and competing priorities across multiple teams.
• Sufficient technical understanding to engage with engineering teams and technical leaders and translate information for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
