What you will do

• Assist daily wind farm activities during erection and commissioning, supporting the Erection and Commissioning Manager through “Take Over Certification”.
• Coordinate mobilization of heavy equipment on-site (cranes, erection mechanical/electric equipment, and transportation equipment).
• Organize and track quality control and transportation documents.
• Interact with customers and contractors during wind farm construction.
• Provide onsite assistance to complete construction projects on time and within budget while monitoring availability and costs of materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Location/availability: Ability to spend 100% of the time at wind farms during the erection and commissioning process.
• Associate’s in mechanical engineering (or related discipline) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Preferred 3 years of mechanical/construction experience; wind farm mechanical construction experience preferred.
• Experience with quality management/quality control processes; wind turbine assembly experience preferred.
• Language: English and French proficiency is a requirement; fluency in English required for safety and job-related communication.
• Travel: 80% to 90% travel required; must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
