What you will do

• Lead project onboarding teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate remote operations connectivity for project sites, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and product support teams across multiple client projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and safety standards for all initiation activities.
• Support business development initiatives and proposal creation for new opportunities.
• Act as a technical liaison for SCADA integration and site connectivity matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in power, industrial, or communications sectors.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or service delivery leadership.
• Expertise in SCADA system architecture, control systems, and OT environments.
• Proficiency with AWS tools, Linux, networking, and scripting languages like Python.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with specific protocols like Modbus, DNP3, or OPC-UA.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
