What you will do

• Conduct home visits to collect blood samples and record vital signs from patients of all ages.
• Ensure proper labeling of specimens and coordinate drop-off to appropriate labs or shipment facilities.
• Utilize mobile devices for scheduling, charting, and HIPAA-secure messaging.
• Manage daily supplies and PPE to ensure professional and safe patient care.
• Build warm and welcoming connections with patients to deliver a high-quality healthcare experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Valid Phlebotomy certification and proof of program graduation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Ability to pass national background, DMV, and clinical license searches.
• Current vehicle insurance is required.
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes and carry up to 10 pounds.
