What you will do

  • Engage patients on-site at partner clinics, greeting and following up with those flagged by the recommendation tool.
  • Educate patients on advanced therapy options using clear, non-clinical language to ensure confidence in physician recommendations.
  • Coordinate and schedule consultations to move patients from initial interest to treated status.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff, including front desk and physicians, to integrate into daily workflows without disruption.
  • Track conversion metrics and report patient objections to help improve the recommendation tool.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and clinical environment standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a patient-facing healthcare role (e.g., medical assistant, patient navigator, clinic intake).
  • Must be based in Minnesota or willing to relocate to the Twin Cities area.
  • Ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly to non-clinicians.
  • Comfort working in a clinical environment with patients experiencing pain or stress.
  • Reliable transportation to the partner clinic.
  • HIPAA training or willingness to complete it before starting.

Nice to have

  • Background in pain management, MSK, or orthopedics.
  • Prior experience as a patient access representative.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or other relevant languages).
  • Living within easy commuting distance of the partner clinic.
