What you will do

• Perform precise venipunctures and maintain specimen integrity following aseptic techniques.
• Coordinate patient care services and manage administrative tasks including scheduling and EMR record management.
• Act as the primary liaison between accounts, sales teams, and patients to ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
• Monitor and document quality control logs to ensure compliance with CAP CLIA standards.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues regarding testing delays or missing information.
• Collaborate with internal operations to facilitate efficient sample redraws and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Oncology experience is mandatory.
• Phlebotomy certification as required by state regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work onsite in Freehold, NJ.
