Salary: $267,551 – $317,614

What you will do
- Lead and develop the legal team, establishing clear priorities and operating rhythms to support company growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board on legal, regulatory, and governance matters.
- Oversee corporate legal affairs, including strategic transactions, litigation, employment, and enterprise risk.
- Prepare the organization for future public company requirements, including governance and disclosure practices.
- Modernize legal operations through the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows.
- Partner with commercial, product, and clinical teams to support complex contracting with enterprise customers and health plans.
Requirements
- Significant legal leadership experience in a high-growth, venture-backed technology or healthcare company.
- Experience serving as General Counsel or senior legal leader at a company with $200M+ in revenue.
- Proven track record supporting IPO readiness and operating within a public company legal environment.
- JD required with strong academic credentials.
- Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed above).
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

- Meaningful healthcare industry experience, including familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments.
