Salary: $267,551 – $317,614

What you will do

• Lead and develop the legal team, establishing clear priorities and operating rhythms to support company growth.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board on legal, regulatory, and governance matters.
• Oversee corporate legal affairs, including strategic transactions, litigation, employment, and enterprise risk.
• Prepare the organization for future public company requirements, including governance and disclosure practices.
• Modernize legal operations through the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Partner with commercial, product, and clinical teams to support complex contracting with enterprise customers and health plans.

Requirements

• Significant legal leadership experience in a high-growth, venture-backed technology or healthcare company.
• Experience serving as General Counsel or senior legal leader at a company with $200M+ in revenue.
• Proven track record supporting IPO readiness and operating within a public company legal environment.
• JD required with strong academic credentials.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed above).
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
