TL;DR

Field Account Executive (Fitness & Wellness): Expanding the merchant base by acquiring and onboarding high-potential local businesses in the fitness and wellness space with an accent on field-based prospecting and relationship building. Focus on owning the full sales cycle from outreach to closing and exceeding acquisition quotas.

Location: Must be based in Nashville, TN (Field-based role with 70–80% travel)

Salary: $52,125 – $76,450

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in the assigned territory to grow the merchant network.
  • Execute a field-first approach by visiting prospective merchants daily and attending local events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle using a mix of in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities based on customer demand and local industry expertise.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track key activity metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience combined with strong inside sales skills.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including regional multi-night trips.
