Location: Must be based in Nashville, TN (Field-based role with 70–80% travel)
Salary: $52,125 – $76,450

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in the assigned territory to grow the merchant network.
- Execute a field-first approach by visiting prospective merchants daily and attending local events.
- Manage the full sales cycle using a mix of in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
- Identify untapped market opportunities based on customer demand and local industry expertise.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track key activity metrics in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience combined with strong inside sales skills.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including regional multi-night trips.
