• Maintain high data integrity and system hygiene within the Ashby Applicant Tracking System.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to engage top-tier passive candidates across various technical disciplines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of building strong technical teams within high-growth companies.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring partners and effectively manage candidate relationships.
• Data-driven approach to influencing recruiting strategies using metrics.
• Deep knowledge of current technology trends and talent magnets in the startup ecosystem.
