TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (API/JavaScript): Designing and implementing technical solutions for enterprise customers to accelerate value from the hirify.global platform with an accent on API architecture, workflow optimization, and scalable technical collateral. Focus on translating complex business objectives into battle-tested production implementations and building reusable assets.

Location: Must be based in Montreal or Toronto, Canada (In-person collaboration is highly valued)

What you will do

  • Solve complex architectural challenges for enterprise customers and identify patterns to build scalable, repeatable solutions.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate business objectives into technical implementation paths and production-ready designs.
  • Develop reusable technical assets, including guides, templates, scripts, and reference implementations.
  • Establish a product feedback loop by documenting customer gaps and proposing interim solutions to inform the product roadmap.
  • Design pragmatic workarounds and custom integrations when standard functionality is insufficient to unblock customers.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or TAM).
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, or equivalent modern scripting languages.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps practices (GitHub, AWS, Azure).
  • Must be bilingual - French speaking.
  • Must be based in Montreal, Quebec or Toronto, Ontario.
