What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across various functions and seniority levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define priorities and meet ambitious hiring goals.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process from intake to offer acceptance.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and process improvements.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience and pipeline health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to solve complex recruitment challenges.
• Must be available for hybrid work in Austin, TX (3 days per week).
• Must be authorized to work as a contractor in the United States.
