What you will do

• Coordinate recruiting activities for Seasonal Call Center Representative positions.
• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications and professional Spanish fluency.
• Schedule interviews, facilitate candidate communications, and maintain recruitment records in applicant tracking systems.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including pre-employment documentation and orientation scheduling.
• Support recruiting efforts through job postings, hiring events, and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and priorities during peak enrollment periods.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (professional read, write, and speak).
• Must be able to work onsite at the Houston Headquarters.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking or recruiting systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime during peak periods.
