TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Toronto, Canada)

Salary: CA$250,000 – CA$300,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products.
  • Lead executive business reviews with C-level stakeholders to align partner goals with measurable roadmaps.
  • Analyze platform data to identify performance gaps and design initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to translate partner needs into scalable features.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners to ensure fast time-to-value on the HTS Commerce platform.
  • Create and scale best practices, playbooks, and frameworks across the global partner network.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success within technology, travel, or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to influence senior and C-level leadership to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional executive presence.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS domains.
