Location: On-site (5 days per week). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $34 — $42 USD per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for hardware issues, providing white-glove service to VIP executives and studio visitors.
• Build, configure, and maintain bespoke high-performance workstations and server hardware.
• Manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement and deployment to maintenance and retirement.
• Perform remote and local troubleshooting using various diagnostic techniques to resolve user issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and detailed hardware documentation.
• Physically relocate workstations, lab equipment, and servers throughout the studio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of help desk support experience in a studio or enterprise environment.
• Expert knowledge of PC hardware architecture, assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Familiarity with TCP networking and basic networking protocols.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux, Mac OS, or Windows Server 2022.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with live streaming hardware/software and PS5 peripherals.
• A strong passion for the gaming industry.
