What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis (RCA) for business-critical applications.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and ITRS to proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and enhance automation scripts using Ansible, Python, Shell, and PowerShell to streamline support workflows.
• Manage deployments on OpenShift and other containerized platforms to ensure stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to enhance operational maturity.
• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster recovery strategies for system resiliency.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in a production support role.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Ansible, and automation scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, AppDynamics, ITRS, and Splunk.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database query optimization.
• Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability systems in 24x7 production environments.
• Location: Must be located in Charlotte, North Carolina

Nice to have

• Previous experience in financial services technology.
