What you will do

• Lead Civil3D modeling, coordination, and digital delivery for major civil and infrastructure projects.
• Guide production teams on modeling standards, technical quality, and workflow consistency.
• Present models, constructability insights, and findings directly to clients in virtual meetings.
• Improve templates, QA/QC processes, and handoff structures for global digital delivery.
• Support Navisworks clash detection and cross-discipline coordination.
• Explore and test AI-driven modeling or coordination tools to boost efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BIM/VDC execution for civil or infrastructure projects.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
• Strong proficiency in Civil3D modeling, including grading, drainage, and site infrastructure.
• Experience with Navisworks coordination, clash detection, and multi-discipline model integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment.
• Comfort leading virtual meetings and presenting technical content to stakeholders.
