What you will do

• Learn and apply the principles and processes involved in wastewater treatment plant operations.
• Operate and maintain critical equipment, including pumps, valves, blowers, and chemical feed systems.
• Monitor treatment processes to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and permits.
• Perform routine inspections and efficiency tests of treatment processes.
• Collect and analyze wastewater samples for laboratory testing.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to resolve operational issues and maintain plant stability.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
