Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, NA (AI)

Location: Hybrid at one of hirify.global's approved North American locations, with 3 days in the office and 2 days out.

Salary: $185,000–$215,000 annual base salary plus bonus, with compensation varying by location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting teams across North America.
• Implement global talent acquisition strategy while adapting execution to regional and local needs.
• Own workforce planning, capacity planning, budgets, KPIs, DEI outcomes, candidate experience, and recruiting operations.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled sourcing, screening, scheduling, recruiting systems, and analytics.
• Serve as a player-coach for executive and senior leadership hiring.
• Partner with People & Culture, People Analytics, Compensation, FP&A, Legal, HRIS, Workday, and regional TA leaders on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of multiple regions or a large-scale regional operation.
• Experience leading large teams comprising people leaders and individual contributors.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, executive influence, and global mindset.
• Demonstrated experience scaling recruiting operations across multiple sites, markets, or a regional footprint.
• Experience supporting high-growth, complex, or geographically distributed organizations.
• Exceptional knowledge of recruiting technology, AI, and ATS systems.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in the data center industry or an adjacent comparable industry.
