TL;DR

Senior Director, Talent Acquisition (NA): Leading talent acquisition operations across North America with an accent on implementing global TA strategy, driving team development, and optimizing processes with AI and analytics. Focus on scaling recruiting operations, ensuring compliance, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Location: Denver, Colorado; Ashburn, Virginia; Phoenix, Arizona; Remote - WI. This position will be based hybrid at one of our approved hirify.global locations (3 days in, 2 days out). This role can be based remotely and will lead the North America region.

Salary Range: $XXX,000-XXX,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

What you will do

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Managers and their teams across the North America region.
  • Implement enterprise TA strategy across North America, while maintaining globally consistent practices.
  • Own operational performance, including capacity planning, goal setting, metrics, DEI outcomes, and candidate experience.
  • Monitor large-scale KPIs, translate data into actionable insights, and implement process improvements across teams.
  • Lead adoption and optimization of global recruiting systems, AI-enabled tools, and analytics for multi-region operations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and operational efficiency across regions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of multiple regions or a large-scale regional operation.
  • Experience leading large-scale teams, ideally with a mix of people leaders and individual contributors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence executives.
  • Proven track record in scaling recruiting operations and implementing technology/AI solutions.
  • Strong global mindset and ability to align multiple regions while accommodating local nuances.
  • Possess exceptional knowledge in recruiting technology stack, AI, and ATS systems.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the data center industry is preferred; however, candidates from adjacent or comparable industries are highly valued
