What you will do

• Identify and optimize end-to-end "Land" processes to reduce sales cycle time and increase win and conversion rates.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration across sales and support teams by refining workflows and integrating tools.
• Implement best practices across discovery, proposal, and negotiation to accelerate new customer acquisition.
• Leverage AI, automation, and data science to reduce manual steps and accelerate revenue impact.
• Gather operational insights from field, inside sales, and channel leaders to guide automation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in Product Management, sales process design, or business process optimization within SaaS or technology organizations.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/automation to improve sales workflows and decision-making.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and pre-sales enablement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located in one of the US Geographic Zones.
