What you will do
- Optimize the SaaS portfolio by identifying redundancies and ensuring high-value investment.
- Coach tool owners on renewal negotiations, success metrics, and thoughtful implementation planning.
- Lead senior-level procurement strategy, managing contract pitfalls and vendor relationships.
- Design and implement a vendor risk framework, utilizing AI to automate contract governance.
- Lead strategic consolidation decisions for duplicate tooling to improve operational excellence.
- Build scalable AI-powered automations and tracking systems to streamline vendor management workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS portfolio management, IT program management, or procurement.
- Proven track record of owning vendor governance, risk frameworks, and contract assessment.
- Experience leading contract negotiations and building leverage with vendors.
- Ability to design and scale program management frameworks for renewals and tool requests.
- Clear point of view on AI with practical experience using it to solve operational problems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical or financial concepts to executive leadership.
