Compensation: US $122.5K – $175K, EU €91K – €130K, Canada CA$170.1K – CA$243K + Equity

What you will do
- Manage large cross-functional programs focusing on Enterprise and Premium Support delivery.
- Create and track roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and inter-team dependencies.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to drive retention and value of premium support services.
- Identify technical and operational risks early and create mitigation and contingency plans.
- Lead alignment and decision-making across Engineering, Product, Security, and Support.
- Use data to evaluate process effectiveness and drive ongoing operational scaling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Senior Support Leadership in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-touch premium support services to large enterprise customers.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Support and Premium Support operations and delivery.
- Proficiency with AI Agentic Tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor), Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Salesforce.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex programs across global teams and organizations.
- Must be based in the US, Canada, or Europe; no visa sponsorship available.
