Salary: $147,760 - $221,640

What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) for Connectivity Solutions, including Cellular, Sat, Wi-Fi, BT, and UWB.
• Define and manage functional requirements for In-Cab Cat AI Assistant products based on customer and business input.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and drive engineering execution across Cat Technology and Cat Digital teams.
• Develop and track annual budgets and program life-time forecasts for product development.
• Evaluate and deploy new digital technologies to enhance existing technical capabilities.
• Oversee the delivery of features through architectural assessment, release commitment, and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science or a related field.
• Experience in progressive product and project leadership roles.
• Knowledge of connectivity/telematics product lines, on-board software, and AI compute platforms.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies such as Cellular, Satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Positioning.
• Awareness of IoT standards, regulations, and regional requirements.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
